  2. It's 1 cup of Andy's Fish breading (or your choice of breading).
  3. It's 1 of lemon pepper seasoning to taste.
  4. Prepare 1 of egg beaten.
  5. It's 1/2 cup of milk.
  6. It's 1 of tortilla shells.
  7. It's 2 cup of cooking oil (I use canola).
  8. It's 1 of Your favorite taco toppings.

Fried Fish Tacos step by step

  1. Heat cooking oil to 400°.
  2. Preheat oven to 350°.
  3. Mix egg and milk and set aside.
  4. Season fish with lemon pepper to taste and coat with egg mixture.
  5. Then coat with breading.
  6. Fry fish until golden and flaky.
  7. Once fish is done, remove from oil and drain on a paper towel.
  8. Heat tortilla shells for 5 minutes.
  9. *My fillets were quite large so I cut them in half*.
  10. Place fish in tortillas and top with your favorite taco toppings.
