- You need 10 of Bhetki fillets bought from market specially for fish fry.
- It's 3 of Onions finely chopped.
- You need 2 tsp of Coriander finely chopped.
- Prepare 2 tsp of Parsley Finely chopped.
- Prepare 7 of green chillies.
- You need 5 of Garlic cloves.
- Prepare 2 inch of Ginger.
- It's 1 teaspoon of Sugar.
- You need To taste of Salt.
- It's 1 of Lemon.
- You need 50 gm of maida/All purpose flour.
- It's 2 teaspoon of Garam masala.
- Prepare 1 tsp of black pepper powder.
- It's 5 of eggs.

- Prepare 1 packet of Vermicelli.
Fish Fry step by step
- In mixer grinder put the onions, coriander leaves, parsley, garlic's,ginger, salt,1½tespoon, sugar, garam masala, chillies, sqweezed lemon juice 1 teaspoon Black pepper powder and make a fine smoothly paste you can also add water if required.
- Marinate the fish fillets with this paste for around 30 minutes..
- After that beat two eggs and add flour make a batter,coat the fillets and left it for another 10 mins.
- The next step is the most vital. Take the bread crumbs in a try add salt and add the secret ingredient dry vermicelli crushed..
- On the other hand take bowl beat another 3 eggs. Now take one fillet dip in egg batter with left hand and coat the fillet in bread crumbs. Make right hand dry. This process will be done for four times. Apply this procedure for each of the fillets.
- Take a cooking pan heat refined oil. This should done as a deep fry. And fry it well. Served with Mustard sauce in Bengali known as kasundi. And place a tissue which will absorb extra oil. Serve hot..
