- You need of Seer fish (vanjiram).
- You need of Turmeric powder.
- You need of Mixed chilli powder.
- It's of Chilli, coriander,dhall and other spice mixture.
- You need of Fish fry masala or biryani masala from market for flavour.
- It's of Salt as required.
- Prepare of Oil to fry.
Seer fish fry step by step
- Take seer fish slices, wash carefully and keep aside..
- In a bowl, add mixed chill powder 4 tsp, turmeric powder, fish fry masala and required quantity of salt with little water and make it into paste..
- Take the fish slices carefully, apply the masala paste thoroughly on both sides and let it sit for some time, say 15 to 20 minutes.
- Shallow fry the fish slices in medium flame till golden brown on both sides.
- Now our tasty seer fish fry is ready to eat..
