- Prepare of cooked short grain rice cooled.
- Prepare of small onion chopped.
- You need of gloves garlic chopped.
- Prepare of ginger chopped.

- You need of sake or Chinese cooking wine.
- You need of sesame oil.

- Heat oil in wok or large pan over medium high heat.
- Add onion, garlic, and ginger and sauté until fragrant.

- Stir fry for about five minutes to allow the rice to become crispy.
