- Boil eggs for 10 mins + add slat for help peel easier •then remove and put in water and peel • Pound garlic + pepper + coriander root.
- Fry garlic + pepper + coriander root until get aroma • add Palm sugar fry on low heat until get darker color • add Pork belly fry until half way cook • add water and cook on medium heat • seasoning with fish sauce + salt +oyster sauce • simmer for 15 mins on low heat • add boiled eggs and tofu then cover simmer for 10 mins on low heat • Done !!ππ.
