- Prepare 100 g of seabass (fillet).
- Prepare of Oil for deep fried.
- Prepare of Batter.
- You need 2 cans of beer or soda water.
- Prepare of /- 30g of all purpose flour.
- Prepare of Salt and Pepper.

- Prepare 2 pieces of lemon wedges.
- You need of Tar tar sauce.

Fish and Chips step by step
- Remove the seabass skin, then cut it into log shape (2×4 cm or bigger is up to you).
- Season the fish with a small pinch of salt and pepper.
- Mix all batter ingredients until it mixed well enough (texture: solid watery).
- Heat up the oil in the pot with big heat, after it slightly hot, you lower the heat until it simmer.
- Put the fish inside the batter, make sure all side coated with batter nicely, then you put the fish to the pot with oil.
- Take out the fish after it change colour to golden brown, put it on the tray or plate covered with clothes or tissue to make all the oil out.
